Iware software solutions is a global IT services and business solution provider based in India, mainly focused on healthcare industries since 2000. The Company having its registered office at Noel Focus, 6th Floor, Seaport airport Road, Kakkanad, Ernakulam. We started up as a small team in Kottayam with two to three developers as iWARE Solutions, a partnership firm. Later we migrated to info park Cochin where we built an adequate number of skilled employees and a prestigious client base. We are now operating from our own development premises located at seaport airport road, Kakkanad, Cochin and have marketing offices spread across continents. Our strong industry experience helps us to meet the strategic objectives of our clients by providing technology-driven, value-added business solutions.

Our offering in healthcare includes Iware HIS, Smartscopy and Iware PACS. Iware HIS is a fully digitalized and web-based Hospital Information System with more than 10+ installations across clinics and hospitals in India. Smartscopy is a highly efficient video/image capturing and reporting solution used for laparoscopic procedures. Iware PACS is an advanced and affordable PACS solution built on open-source technology. We are now revamping our product with cutting edge technologies and compactable with health care standards like HL7, X12 (as used in HIPPA), XML, SOAP. It’s updated with latest CPT database as well. We also do IT consulting, hardware and networking, cloud. In this verge of expansion we will diversify ourselves into few other verticals like hospitality, HRMS, web site and mobile application development. Our service offerings span business and technology consulting, customized software development, management information systems, system integration & automation solutions, graphic designing, web development.

Dr. Hafeez Rahman Padiyath

Chairman

Dr. Hafeez Rahman Padiyath MD, Dip NB Founder/Chairman is a world-renowned as one of the pioneers in Minimally Invasive Surgery or Laparoscopic Surgical Procedures. Over the years, he has developed and standardized many unique techniques of his own, which are now diligently followed worldwide.

Dr. Hafeez Rahman began his career focusing on Laparoscopic surgery in 1992. Today, he is one of the pioneers in the world for this medical procedure. Most of the techniques he has developed over the years are followed all over the world including countries like the USA. He was the youngest secretary of FOGSI, the largest medical society in INDIA, as well as the youngest chairman of FOGSI. He was also the Hon. Secretary of Indian faculty of Endoscopy and the founder Vice President of IMAGE which is Gynec. Endoscopy society.

Iware software solutions today, has come a long way since it’s immerged under the guidance and chairman ship of Dr. Hafeez.

Ms. Parveen Hafeez

Managing Director

Ms. Parveen Hafeez, the Managing Director of Sunrise Hospitals group of companies, is a natural leader who has distinguished herself, with an uncompromising focus on maintaining the highest standards of service and attention to detail. Ms. Parveen Hafeez currently heads the finance department & administration, a key role within the well- diversified organization of Sunrise, comprising of a multi-specialty hospital chain and medical supplies companies. Ms. Parveen Hafeez, is keen towards technology and IT, leads Iware software solutions in all its dimensions. Her dedication, dynamic personality, interpersonal skills with keen business acumen is the driving force behind all our activities from Iware. She always helps create professionalism, job satisfaction, teamwork, motivating us and the true spirit of customer service among us, with no compromise on quality.

A nominated member of the Kerala State Women’s Development Corporation, she is also the founder chairperson of the Ladies Forum of Kerala Chamber of Commerce and Industry. She is an executive committee member of the Kerala Management Association, besides being on the advisory board of Kerala Financial Corporation. Ms. Parveen Hafeez also holds a position in “TiE Kerala” (The Indus Entrepreneurs- an Association Fostering International Entrepreneurship) as Charter Member. Parveen Hafeez is one of the three businesswomen from India selected for a leaders’ mentoring program in the U.S.

Mr. Suresh Nair serves as the Associate Director of iWare Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (ISSPL) with over 19+ years of experience in a variety of progressive roles, including technology and management. He is responsible and accountable for guiding the company, driving growth, ensuring customer satisfaction, crafting strategic initiatives, maintain high level of enthusiasm and competency within the team and fostering the continuous development of the company's culture and principles. His passion in conceptualizing, developing, implementing complex software solutions, and leading multidisciplinary teams helps ISSPL to achieve exceptional results. He also possesses a strong interest in healthcare methodologies, standards, technologies, and system integrations. He is a firm advocate of empowering individuals, constructing teams that allow people to leverage their strengths, motivating team members by instilling self-belief, and igniting passion by effectively communicating ISSPL's future vision.
